Return And/Or Cancellation Policy & Procedure

Cancellations

According to the Electronic Communication and Transactions Act, you as a consumer are entitled to a general right to return for seven days after delivery, for any reason without penalty.

The consumer however will be liable for the cost of returning the goods.

You are entitled to cancel any purchase of any product or service within 7 days (cooling-off period) from which they were delivered.

Upon expiry of the “cooling-off” period no purchaser will be entitled to cancel any purchase.

Goods need to be returned unused and in its original packaging and in the condition as it was supplied, within 7 days of receiving the item.

A handling fee of 10% will be charged on cancellation of a purchase. Delivery charges for returning unwanted items within the “cooling-off” period (7 days) are for the purchasers account.

A refund will be affected to a purchaser exercising his right to cancel, within 30 days of cancellation, subject to the 10% handling fee and any delivery costs that may be incurred in affecting the refund.

Such refund will only take place when your parcel, subject to the above-mentioned conditions, is received.

Returns  

Any item found to be faulty purchased via www.aatoys.co.za can be returned subject to the following conditions.

The determination of the fault is at the sole discretion of All About Toys & Hobbies.

Should the item found to contain a genuine fault, we will either:

• Repair/Replace the item
• If the item is not available, with consent of the purchaser, replace it with an item of similar value
• Replace it with a voucher of similar value for future purchases at www.aatoys.co.za
• Refund the purchaser 

If found that the fault is as a result of negligence, incorrect use,incorrect assembly or any other problem not arising as a result of a factory fault, the item will be repaired/replaced at the purchasers cost.

Please note that certain items may not be returned, or limitations may be placed on them for various reasons

These items include but are not limited to:

Batteries - We cannot accept returns on opened alkaline batteries. Rechargeable batteries are not returnable as we cannot determine usage and if damage has been caused by over/under charging or electrical surges.

Electronics- Electronic items are subject to inspection upon return from the purchaser. Determination of use and/or damage irrespective of the use of the product or not will be at the sole discretion of All About Toys & Hobbies.

Assembled Products. We do not accept any returns on partial or fully assembled products, unless the product is faulty or defective. Products must be undamaged and unused.

Contraventions of this Returns Policy, will result in All About Toys & Hobbies reserving the right to refuse returns or to charge you for any additional expenses incurred as a result of the return of a product.
